Get your LSSU license plate now!

Lake Superior State University alumni, friends and fans can display their Laker pride with the LSSU affinity license plate.

The Michigan legislature authorized the Secretary of State's Office to offer as many as 21 specialty fund-raising license plates, including the 15 state-supported universities. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of each license plate, and that from an affiliated collector license plate for those who do not drive or live outside of Michigan will go to Lake Superior State University.

"This is a terrific way for Lake State alumni and friends to share the message about their University." says Mark Jastorff, vice president for advancement at LSSU.

The plates will be available at any time, there is no need to wait until your plate renewal date. The cost $35 with $25 going to the Alumni Association. Renewal each year for the plate is $10. Vanity plates, which can be ordered in conjunction with LSSU affinity plates, are limited to 5 characters.
