After their time at Lake State, Shelby started a career at the Dollar Tree Stores corporate office in Chesapeake, VA. They have since worked there for the last 5 1/2 years in various roles from Talent Acquisition Specialist, Exception Based Reporting Analyst, Finance Analyst to their current role which they were just promoted to Manager of Asset Protection Budget & Forecasting.
